1. Acceptance

By installing or using the NJS RADIO application ("App"), or by using https://njsradio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

2. Service Description

The App and website provide access to the NJS Radio internet radio stream, metadata display, casting features, informational pages, and optional visual advertisements (Google AdMob). The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial listening unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

4. Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law; redistribute the stream commercially; interfere with servers or networks; use the App or website for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

NJS Radio branding, logos, and content are owned by NJS Radio or licensors. Third-party music rights belong to respective owners; the App does not grant download rights.

6. Streaming & Availability

We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted playback. Maintenance, network issues, or licensing may affect availability.

7. Casting & Local Network

When using Chromecast or UPnP/DLNA, you are responsible for devices on your network and applicable data charges.

8. Advertising

Visual advertisements may appear within the App. Ad content is provided by third-party networks (Google AdMob). We do not control every ad creative but configure family-friendly rating limits where supported.

9. Disclaimer

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NJS RADIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
